½ hour hand and foot massages also available. A lot of tension is held in our hands and feet and a ½ hour massage focused on these areas is wonderfully relaxing and regenerating.

Baby Massage Classes

Rosie in an experienced baby massage instructor. During individual baby massage classes, Rosie will teach you how to massage your baby, a deeply rewarding experience for both baby and parent.

Baby massage is useful to improve immune system function, help your baby to learn to relax, promote bonding, aid sounder and longer sleep, regulate digestive, respiratory and circulatory systems, relieve pain and discomfort from gas and colic and relieve stress.
